Rode Lotus Cup 2026 #1 MCR
The 8th Rode Lotus MCR tournament will take place on May 30-31, 2026. This is the first part of the Rode Lotus Cup 2026, the second is #2Riichi on September 12-13, 2026.
The location of the tournament will be in the center of Leuven, at the bridgeclub Pieterman, Brusselsestraat 61. There will be 8 sessions of each approx 120min. Gong after 110min: finish the game. Be well aware of the finishing time on Sunday and organize your presence accordingly. The maximum number of players is 48. We'll play EMA MCR rules.

Practical information :
- Lunch = vegetarian soup + variety of sandwiches with meat/fish/vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options.
- On Friday evening 8pm - 11pm there will be occasion for social play at the same venue.
- There is no parking space at the venue, but there are several parking lots at walking distance. It's a 15min walk from the train station and there are also bus stops nearby.
- Be warned that the tables have no borders. Bringing a ruler or rack to line up the tiles can be helpful.
Prizes :
Individual prizes for 3 highest ranked + additional prize to be awarded on Sunday September 13th for best performance on both Riichi and MCR tournaments.
Registration :
Participants will be admitted per full table of four players. Last update 10/04/2026 at 20.00. Registration is only complete once the entry fee has been received.
